Tony is the President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Constitution Capital. He is the team’s senior member who has been in the investment business for 53 years while servicing clients for more than 50 of those years. By retaining many clients throughout his career and through referrals, he now has clients in 20 states. Many of Tony’s clients are retired professionals and business owners, corporate executives, doctors and lawyers, and the children and grandchildren of his long-term clients. His clients include two, three and four generations of families.

Tony started in the back office of Merrill Lynch on October 30, 1967. Having completed Merrill Lynch training in 1969, Tony ranked seventh in his class of 80 trainees. He spent about half of his investment career (25 years) with Smith Barney and during the entire decade of the 1980s, he was ranked amongst the top 1% of Smith Barney Financial Advisors. He was the first advisor in the history of Smith Barney to achieve the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Throughout his long career, Tony is proud to have never been taken to arbitration by any client and has no FINRA disclosures on his record. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 certifications along with Series 4, 24, 27, 53 and 55. His Series 4 certification made him a Registered Options Principal and he has 47 years of experience selling covered call options for his clients.

Tony enjoyed a nearly 50-year marriage with his wife Sandra whom he lost in 2019. He has lived and worked for six and one-half months each year in Palm Beach, Florida with the balance of the year spent in Connecticut. Tony is currently in the process of moving back to Connecticut. He has two sons and enjoys spending lots of time with his two granddaughters. Tony actively supports The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and Family Services Woodfield, of which Sandra was a one-time board member.
