A Message from Our Founders
We are celebrating our first full year as an independent financial advisory and we are rebranding with a new logo that we feel better reflects our business:
We will continue to use our name Constitutional Capital, LLC, but we wanted to make you aware of our new brand.
We will continue to offer you a broad range of financial solutions and services, such as our covered call option program, to help you attain your investment goals. You can be confident that we will continually seek ways to help you enhance the income of your portfolio and achieve investment success.
With combined experience of more than 100 years, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service. You can be assured that our client-focused approach remains unchanged — we will always put your needs first and foremost.
Fidelity Investments will continue to serve as the custodian for our clients’ assets. Fidelity is one of the oldest, largest, most respected and financially sound financial companies in the United States. Established in 1946, it oversees $2.1 trillion in assets under administration (AUA) and its Clearing & Custody Solutions® works with nearly 10,000 advisory firms across the country. Our Investment Philosophy
Our team’s investment philosophy can be summed up with, “Know what you own.” We believe that too often, people handle their investments at arm’s length and don’t really know what they own because they are invested in mutual funds, proprietary investment products and/or structured products that often include hundreds of holdings. If an investor has several funds, they may indirectly own more than a thousand holdings. People often pay high fees on these products in addition to the fee they are paying for the management of their portfolios.
Our approach is to choose securities from well-established, recognizable companies that provide goods and services people use every day. We firmly believe our conservative investment philosophy offers value through the clarity it brings to our clients. We manage all of our discretionary investment accounts on an in-house basis and virtually all of our business is fee based.
We focus primarily on dividend-paying U.S. equities, mostly large capitalization companies and some middle capitalization companies. Through our covered call option program, we seek to gain additional income for our clients. Asset allocation across industry sectors is another important part of our approach. We achieve this by investing in different sectors of the S&P 500 and then sometimes we gain additional diversification by investing in Spiders (SPDRs), exchange traded funds from State Street Bank & Trust. Occasionally, we may invest in an overseas company that is headquartered in an economically advanced country.
Covered Call Option Program
CIAPM offers clients a distinctive covered call option selling program that can help them gain additional income while still retaining excellent appreciation potential on their stock positions. The team has had many years of experience in selling out of the money covered calls and we never sell a call for any account that is not covered.
With our client portfolios comprising large and mid-cap U.S. equities across a range of sectors in the S&P 500, we have found that the shares of these companies are generally more liquid and their derivative call options are more liquid as well. By offering this program, we feel we can enhance the income our clients derive from their portfolios.
Our Team
Meet the CIAPM team. We work hard every day to serve your needs and earn your appreciation.
